It will help you gain a deeper understanding of why First Nations histories and cultures are important for your workplace. Your organisation will benefit from learning about the steps you can take, both personally and professionally, to contribute to a brighter future for our country. The Identity and Culture activity shared in the video will benefit your team as it provides an opportunity for you each to learn more about your own culture, and the cultures of the people you work with.
This video will create learning within your organisation and provide cultural education, which may help you meet some of the actions identified in your RAP. If your organisation doesn’t have a RAP this video will still provide important cultural learning for staff.
